Member Rules

Each member of the Erste Football Club (EFC) is required to adhere to the following Member Rules.

Member’s Rights

Each member has a right to:

  • attend an annual Member Assembly
  • vote members of Executive Committee
  • become a member of Executive Committee
  • receive a reply to any suggestion or complaint addressed to any of the EFC bodies

Member’s Duties

Each member is required to:

  • comply with the EFC Charter
  • actively pursue the EFC goals
  • bear the responsibilities and faithfully use the powers granted by the membership in any of the EFC bodies
  • pay the annual membership fee set by the Executive Committee and authorized by the Member Assembly
  • be very particular about the interests and good name of the EFC
