Cestu a ubytování zaměstnancům hradí Česká spořitelna a sIT Solutions CZ. Turnaj včetně občerstvení a večeře hradí sIT Solutions HR. Erste Football Club hradí svým členům cestovní a úrazové pojištění a další výdaje spojené s účastní na turnaji.

  • 2 groups of 3, best 2 go to semi final and then winners in final (match for 3rd place is an option)
  • 2×12 min matches
  • 4+1, unlimited substitutions, max 12 players in team
  • FIFA rules without accumulated fouls (goalkeeper plays unlimited – is an option)
  • only people with company ID card who are in IT can play

REFRESHMENTS

During the matches, water will be provided for teams.

Lunch is available in the restaurant Bianco e Nero, just outside the sports hall.

Players can choose between three dishes – based on fish, pasta and chicken. Drinks are not included, due to wide offering.

Dinner will be served in the restaurant Antica Osteria da Ugo, starting from 18:30.

HOW TO GET THERE

Opatija is a small city by the sea, and all distances are walkable.

From Continental hotel to the sports hall the distance is 850m, from Millenum hotel about 1,3 km. It should take you max 15-20 minutes.

Should you decide to go by bus, there is a local line 32, which runs approx every half hour. The sports hall is only one stop away from Opatija city market stop.

If you go by car, the sports hall has its own parking which costs 2,00 HRK per hour.

EBH Football Cup 2015

Here are the details of EBH Football Cup 2015 provided by Laszlo Pal:

  • The Field of Play: matches are played on artificial surfaces Dimensions: 40 m length and 20 m width
  • Number of players: 5+1 (+substitutes)
  • The Referee: each match is controlled by a referee
  • The Duration of the Match: two equal periods of 15 minutes (2×15mins with no half-time interval)
  • Location: Hungary, 1138 Budapest, Uj Palotai Street 13.
  • Date: 16/05/2015, Saturday
  • Registration: free 🙂 via e-mail, which contains the list of the players and the team name till 7/05/2015 (Thursday)
  • Prizes/awards: trophy, cups, medals and a ’limited’ dinner for the teams ranked first, second and third
  • Schedule and draws on 8th May
  • No goal-line technology 🙂

UPDATE 1:

how many teams from CSAS can join?

Basically I’m calculating with maximum 16 teams due to we have only one day for the cup. Now we already have 13 teams and I expect two more. Therefore I’m saying that one team can join from CS minimum but if we have any ‘decliner’ I’ll inform you. So pls notice me asap if you interest!

how many persons can be in each team for substitution?

It’s not limited. I suggest 8-10 persons in each team (incl. substitutions)

can we also bring some fans?

🙂 Yeeees, of course :)!

is the format fixed or would you consider also 4+1?

Essentially yes, the 5+1 format is fixed. If any team not able to start the game with 5+1persons and the other team accept, they can play the match with 4+1 players.

what other countries are involved?

Mostly from Hungary but one team from Serbia and one from Austria are already indicated their willingness to come.

can there be also non Erste employees in the team?

No, unfortunately not. Because this is an HR criteria in order to be free this cup from EBH clubs’ budget.
