By submitting the Erste Football Club Membership Application form, you agree to the following Privacy Policy.

The personal details you submit will be stored in an electronic form and used only for the purpose of maintaining a list of Erste Football Club, z. s. (EFC) members and communicating with you regarding your EFC membership rights and duties.

You agree that the list of EFC members might be published.

Your e-mail address will be added to an e-mail distribution list which can be used by any member to communicate with other members.

Your telephone number will be used by the EFC Executive Committee when e-mail communication fails or is not appropriate.

Your date of birth will be used to distinguish between two members with the same name and to check your eligibility.

If you are an employee of Erste Group Bank or FSČS, your employee number together with your first and last name, e-mail address and telephone number will be used to apply for Employee Loyalty Program benefits.
